Outgoing flight: meeting the guest at the entrance to A/P at gate 32, escorting him through security procedure, c/i - done at designated counters, through Buy & BY hall to hand bags security check and the passport control procedure (to receive this service you must be able to provide an available local mobile phone number).
Incoming flight: meeting the guest at the Mosaic Gate before entrance to the passport hall. Escorting him through passport control, baggage claim procedure, claiming duty free items (if needed), and escorting the guest to the reception hall.

Outgoing flight: in addition to the EXPRESS CLUB the service includes escorting to the gate, through the duty free hall and a quick procedure at the gate (to receive this service you must be able to provide an available local mobile phone number). If needed the guest will be escorted to the VIP Lounge where he will be enjoying the service of the Lounge until his boarding time (supplement will apply - see below). At that time a VIP Club representative will escort him to the gate.
Incoming flight: meeting the guest at the finger where the plane is connected. Escorting him to the passport control hall in a VIP car, from that point the service continues as EXPRESS CLUB.

Outgoing flight: meeting the guest at "Arbel" Lounge in terminal 3. While guest enjoys light refreshments, beverages and the use of basic office services we take care of all outgoing flight procedures: security check, passport control, flight c/i and so on. The service includes escort to the departure gate (to receive this service you must be able to provide an available local mobile phone number).
Incoming flight: meeting the guest at the finger where the plane is connected and taking him straight to "Massada" Lounge in terminal 1. While guest enjoys light refreshments, beverages and the use of basic office services we take care of all incoming flight procedures.

2) Arbel Lounge is located at terminal 3.
3) Orders should be made up to 24 hours before service.
4) The above prices are per 1 flight: incoming or outgoing.
5) The prices are listed in US $ and do not include VAT.
6) The payment in NIS is based on the exchange rate issued by the bank of Israel.
7) Cancellation not made at least 12 hrs in advance - will be charged at full rate.
8) Cancellation made between 12-24 hrs - will be charged at 50%.
9) For a large amount of luggage (10 pieces and more) the use of a porter will be required for an extra payment - please check with the office.
