Join us for a 2 day fascinating tour of the wilderness of the Negev and Arava - enjoy Israel's untamed land and least populated area - dotted with geological, historical and modern day sites and Eilat, seated at the southernmost tip of Israel.
Day 1-We drive south passing the city of Beer Sheva on the way, view of the Bedouin settlements along the main road, we arrive at Kibbutz Sde Boker in the Negev where we make our 1st stop and visit the residence and the graveyard of David Ben Gurion Israel's 1st prime minister.
Proceed to the wilderness of Zin, walk through the Zin Canyon to Ein Avdat, a hidden water spring in the desert.
Our next stop is the ancient city of Avdat-World Heritage Site, the most important city established by the Nabateans in the Negev on the route of incense road, see the city walls, the temples, the living quarters etc.
Continue to Mitzpe Ramon overlooking the Ramon crater, enjoy the breathtaking view of the crater in the heart of the Negev desert, visit the local Ramon visitors center.
Travel through the crater, stop at the Ammonites wall for a short visit, proceed south to Eilat on the Red sea ending till 18:00.
Overnight at hotel in Eilat.
Day 2-Free morning to relax and enjoy the beach in Eilat.
12:00-Depart from the hotel and drive to the underwater observatory for a visit.
14:00-We depart from Eilat and drive north, stop at Timna valley, visit Solomon pillars, the Egyptian temple and the Mushroom.
Proceed along the Arava valley, passing the city of Dimona on the way, return to Tel Aviv / Jerusalem.
